Voices of Support - Andy Cain

13 years ago, during both the Waldo Canyon and the Black Forest Fires, as an EPSO volunteer, I was privileged to work with then Sgt Joe Roybal. I saw the potential of this highly committed, unassuming professional law enforcement officer.

Joe walks the talk, holding himself to the same selfless standards of honor, courage and commitment he demands of both sworn and citizen employees. It begins with respect and extends to living up to the expectations of our community while following the law.

You know it's right when people say, "He’s the kind of guy I want to work for."
