Each year, the Loyalty Day Parade in Calhan brings together community pride, tradition, and a deep respect for service.
Melissa and I had the privilege of attending the Calhan Loyalty Day Parade and spending time with the people who make Calhan such a strong and close-knit town. This annual event, hosted by VFW Clarence G. Dzuris Post 5221, celebrates patriotism and honors the men and women who have served our country.
The pride and tradition on display today reflect the strength of this community.
Thank you to everyone who came out, waved, and took a moment to connect. It means more than you know.
