Melissa and I were honored to attend the Monument Fourth of July Parade, one of the great traditions in our community. It was wonderful to see so many families, volunteers, and local organizations come together to celebrate our nation's independence.
As Sheriff, I am grateful for the continued support of our community and the trust placed in the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. Community events like this are a great reminder of the strong connections, shared values, and commitment to one another found throughout El Paso County.
A special thank you to my team who joined me and walked in the parade. Your support, enthusiasm, and dedication are greatly appreciated, and I am thankful for each of you.
Thank you to the Monument Hill Kiwanis Club, the event organizers, and everyone who helped make this year's celebration such a success. Happy Independence Day!
